Services
Two productized services.
Fixed rates. Written scope.
We don't do day rates, discovery phases, or "it depends". A one-off migration fee per site and a flat monthly retainer — a highly disciplined machine that fits on one page.
One-off, per site
Static Migration
A client site goes in as a fragile legacy CMS and comes out as a pure static fortress on a global edge network — visually identical, dramatically faster, with SEO safely intact.
- Full pre-flight audit: pages, forms, redirects, and current rankings
- Complete rebuild into a pre-rendered, static-first architecture
- Deployment to a global edge network for instant load times
- Automated visual parity checks at three viewports
- 301 redirect map, meta/OG carryover, and structured data preservation
- Forms rebuilt and hardened against spam as standard
- Scheduled DNS cutover with an instant rollback plan
- Lighthouse 95+ on every page as the definition of done
Flat monthly, per site
Care Retainer
Ongoing maintenance under your brand. Your clients email changes; we ship them. You re-bill at your rate and keep the margin — and because hosting costs collapse to near zero, that margin is mostly pure profit.
- Same-business-day content changes by email
- 24/7 uptime monitoring and incident response
- Invisible architecture and dependency updates
- Security headers and TLS management handled entirely
- Form routing and aggressive spam filtering
- Full version history — every single change is reversible
- A monthly per-site summary, branded for your agency (to prove your value)
- Narrow written SLA — scope is explicitly capped on both sides
White-label, properly
The part that protects your agency
White-label means we do the engineering while your agency stays the only name the client ever sees — your brand on every report, staging URL, and email, with mutual non-solicitation written firmly into the contract.
Your brand, everywhere
Reports, staging URLs, email correspondence — everything your client might see carries your agency branding, never ours.
Non-solicitation, in writing
Mutual non-solicitation is part of the standard agreement. Your clients stay your clients — contractually, not just as a handshake promise.
You set the retail price
We charge you a fixed wholesale rate per site. You re-bill at whatever your local market supports and keep 100% of the margin.
And to be clear about scope
Ambiguity is how retainers turn into resentment. So, in writing:
- We never sell to end clients — direct enquiries from your clients are immediately forwarded to you.
- New features, redesigns and additional pages are quoted separately as fixed-price work, never quietly absorbed into the retainer.
- The retainer covers the exact site we migrated — bolting on new scope requires a conversation, not an assumption.
- Either side can exit with notice; you get the full repository and hosting handover immediately, with zero ransom.
The rate card is exactly one page long.
We don't do mandatory "discovery calls" just to reveal our pricing. You need to know if the math works for your margin. One flat migration fee, one monthly retainer. Ask, and we'll simply send it to you.
